We are s currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Office to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of Vitex by providing administrative and clerical assistance to various departments. If you have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities will include:

Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with all document preparation and data entry
Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Manage correspondence, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
Act as reception cover when necessary.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
