Customer Service Representative$35/hr + Super | Paid Training | 9-Day Fortnight
Looking for a full-time role with great pay, paid training and a long weekend every second week?
Clever Contacts is growing our Strathpine team, and we're looking for friendly, confident people who enjoy talking with others and want to develop their communication and customer service skills.
No previous experience is required. You'll receive two weeks of paid training, clear processes and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and build confidence.
This is a full-time, phone-based customer engagement role working with existing supporters.

About the Role
You'll speak with existing supporters over the phone and provide a positive and professional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to existing supporters
- Having professional and engaging conversations
- Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships
- Discussing ongoing support opportunities
- Following established systems and processes
- Maintaining accurate customer information
- Working towards individual and team goals
- Participating in ongoing training and coaching
- Working as part of a supportive team
Hours
Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm
The 9-day fortnight gives you every second Friday off.
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required.
We're looking for people who:
