Habitat Noosa is situated in 65 acres of beautiful National Park 25 minutes North of Noosa. We have a range of accommodation styles from camping to Luxurious glamping tents and camping options. Our on-site Bistro and Brewery operates 7 days a week providing delicious, affordable meals and unique craft beers created on site using our own Artesian water supply.

The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. The role requires a roster working Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Providing a high standard of customer service
Processing guest check-ins and outs
Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
Completing the day-to-day office administration
Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
Proficient and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurate
It computer skills, including knowledge of Newbook or comparable Reservation Booking System
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
Current drivers licence essential

The role requires a roster working Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
