About the Role
As a Team Member, you'll be trained across multiple areas of the business, helping deliver the Chip 'n' Mix experience from the moment a customer walks through the door until they leave.
Depending on your training and competency level, your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and serving customers
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Maintaining exceptional customer service
- Preparing and presenting food to Chip 'n' Mix standards
- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Restocking and preparing service areas
- Supporting teammates during busy periods
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and ready for service
As you complete your training, you'll unlock additional competencies, higher levels of responsibility and increased hourly pay.

Previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential—we'll teach you the Chip 'n' Mix way.
