Food and Beverage Supervisor

Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort is one of Australia’s premier lifestyle destinations, located just five minutes from Hastings Street. Guests visit us to enjoy our world-class golf course, award-winning day spa and the relaxed yet refined dining experience at Relish Restaurant.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the daily supervision of Relish Restaurant and our function spaces, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across all areas. You will work closely with the Front of House Manager to support staff, maintain high service standards and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise front of house operations during service, ensuring smooth workflow
Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support as required
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Ensure high standards of customer service across restaurant, bar, café and events
Support function set-up and execution, ensuring all requirements are met
Monitor presentation, cleanliness and compliance of all Front of House areas
Act as first point of contact for guest enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Assist with cash handling and daily operational requirements

About You

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality)
Current RSA (essential)
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
