Seeking experienced barista for high-volume Eumundi Market café stall. Work will commence 29 August with 7:00am-1:30pm shifts on Wednesdays and Saturdays for the month of September. Pay is $30 per hour. Duties will include setting up the machine and grinder prior to service; pulling shots and frothing milk during service; closing-down and cleaning-up of the machine and grinder after service as well as assisting with overall stall operations. Experience with La Marzocco Linea Classica, Mazzer grinder and Puq Press preferred. Strong applicants will be asked to demonstrate their skills at the market on either 19 or 22 August. In your application please indicate how many kilos per day you have processed in your past barista employment. If you do not have barista experience, please do not apply.
