We are looking for Mathematics Tutors across our locations in Ringwood (Sat-Sun) and Berwick (Tue, Wed, Thu)

In this position, you’ll lead engaging classes in small groups, offer personalised coaching, and work with high-quality materials—without the burden of heavy admin.

Your role centres on teaching, motivating, and lifting students to their highest potential.

Your role

Weekly Group Classes: Conduct engaging classes for small groups of 3-8 students across Years 5-VCE.
Marking Homework and providing feedback

Experience & Academic Requirements

Academic Excellence

90+ ATAR required
Experience with competitive examinations (highly desirable)
Academic awards or scholarships (preferred)
Experienced teaching VCE Mathematics(Methods), VCE Mathematics(Specialist)

Teaching Experience

Tutoring or mentoring experience with younger students
Demonstrated passion for education and student development

Personal Requirements

Ability to commit for the academic year.
Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect the organisation’s resources.
Agree to a non-compete clause (no tutoring outside NRICH Learning)
Able to travel to campus locations
Genuine desire to help students reach their potential

Compensation

Group Teaching: $35 - $45 per hour class
1-on-1 Tutoring: $30 per hour
VCE Tutoring: $40 - $50 per hour
