We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our busy Endocrinology and Diabetes Department. Working alongside experienced administration staff, nurses and medical specialists, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quality patient care.

About the role:
This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where you'll provide administrative support to Staff Specialists while helping coordinate outpatient clinics and patient appointments.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing clinic bookings and patient appointments
Answering and responding to telephone enquiries
Typing and distributing clinical correspondence
Supporting outpatient clinic operations
Liaising with patients, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
Providing efficient administrative support across the department
