New Home Consultant - Newcastle City North

Are you a proactive, customer-focused sales professional ready to make your mark with a brand-new franchise?

We are G.J. Gardner Homes Newcastle City North, a fresh and ambitious team quickly establishing our reputation for quality and transparency in the local community. As we grow, we are looking for a passionate, confident, and results-driven New Home Consultant to join us.

In this role, you won’t just be "another salesperson" - you will be a key player in building our local legacy, managing the customer journey from initial inquiry through to the final contract.

What You'll Be Doing

Enquiry Management: Be the professional and enthusiastic first point of contact for all sales inquiries, turning leads into relationships.
Consultative Selling: Guide potential customers through the journey—from understanding their vision and budget to finalising their dream home design.
Tailored Solutions: Present our diverse range of home designs, floor plans, and inclusions, customizing solutions to fit the unique Newcastle lifestyle.
Contract Lifecycle: Prepare and present accurate sales estimates, proposals, and contracts with a high level of detail.
Relationship Management: Build deep rapport with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations to deliver an exceptional 5-star experience.
Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with flexibility to ensure you can manage after-hours or weekend appointments as required to meet your clients' needs.

What You’ll Bring

The Right Attitude: A proactive, "take-charge" approach. You see opportunities where others don't and act on them immediately.
Sales Prowess: Proven experience in new homes sales or sales within a high-level customer-facing role is essential. You know how to negotiate, build value, and close a deal.
Communication Excellence: A genuine, customer-first communication style with the ability to build trust quickly.
Organisation: A high level of self-motivation and the ability to manage a busy pipeline without letting details slip through the cracks.
Industry Interest: Previous experience in construction or real estate is highly regarded, but a passion for the new home industry and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Essentials: A valid Australian Driver's license.
