We are seeking awesome Support Workers who can provide supervision,
and outstanding care support to our amazing clients who have
Physical, Complex & Psychosocial Needs & Disabilities.

ABOUT YOU:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Knowledge of the NDIS
Available for shifts within a rotating 24/7 roster (SCHADS Award)
Available for 2-4 Hour Community Access Shifts with the ability to pick up longer shifts
Knowledge and experience of Working with Behaviour Support Plans
Competent with Microsoft Office suite particularly MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and establish rapport with participants
Demonstrated commitment to the rights and interests of people with a disability
Current Unrestricted Driver's License
First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Checks (or willingness to obtain)
Current Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy
Certificate 3 in Individual Support or above
Assist clients with medication (Desirable)
