Motel Manager

Abundantia Motels, require an onsite full time Managers to operate its motel assets in Major Regional Towns in NSW.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in hospitality management.
- 3 years full time relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Knowledge of reservations software & MS office
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Organising, controlling & supervising day to day operations of motel
- Overseeing Motel facilities and grounds, including Security and property maintenance, contractors & tradespersons
- Overseeing accounting and purchasing and financial reporting to the Directors
- Ensuring the property is compliant with work health and safety and fire safety regulations
- Providing guests with superior customer service
- Assess and review guest’s preferences, satisfaction and responding to guest enquiries, bookings and guest reviews
- Managing the marketing & promotions of the business via travel websites, local council and Tourist Information Centre
An attractive contractual remuneration will be paid to the right candidate. Onsite free accommodation will also be provided. Candidates on ABN would be preferred!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
