Leasey Sales Executive

Do you have experience working in the Commercial Real Estate industry as an agent, property manager or by providing admin support?

Leasey is the software branch of Beevo, a well established service provider for Commercial Real estate agencies nationally. We are looking to grow our Leasey business development team to accelerate the roll out of our leasing software to our existing client footprint.

What does the Leasey Platform do?

The Leasey platform automates the end-to-end commercial leasing process, which frees up agents from time consuming admin tasks, significantly reduces the completion timeframe for leases and provides a professional experience for all stakeholders. The enthusiasm and interest from our clients and the industry is very strong, with agencies of all sizes coming onboard each week.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for deploying Leasey to our existing client footprint and to prospective clients across the Commercial Real Estate industry. Your daily activities will include, scheduling client presentations, completing system demonstrations and onboarding while making sure your existing user base is maximising the full benefits of the platform.

We are seeking people with some industry experience, who are naturally outgoing and want to further their sales skills while learning a new technology.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this face-to-face role combines the best aspects of account management, business development, and customer success, requiring someone who can nurture client relationships, maximise customer outcomes, and proactively drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of Commercial Real Estate clients for your territory.
Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase Leasey's market presence.
Prospect, qualify, and engage new agencies, leasing teams, and industry contacts.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations.
Maximise platform adoption by providing support to the user base you have onboarded.
Represent Leasey at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry (Agent, Property Management or admin experience is all welcome)
Client facing sales experience
Confidence engaging with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Highly organised with strong planning skills.
Experience using general business software applications including CRM.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a regional territory.
A valid driver's licence, own car and a willingness to travel throughout the territory.
