This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford Economics' Business Development team as a Graduate Customer Success Associate, supporting clients across the Asset Management and Real Estate sectors throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Working alongside experienced Business Development professionals, you'll receive structured training and mentoring while developing the skills to deliver an outstanding client experience. You'll support client onboarding, product adoption, customer engagement and renewal activities.

As you build confidence in the role, you'll develop strong client relationships, support renewal activities, respond to client enquiries, and identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of Oxford Economics' products and services. Working closely with the Business Development team, you'll gain valuable exposure to Customer Success, commercial growth and account management.

This role provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in Customer Success, Account Management or Business Development while contributing to Oxford Economics' continued growth across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Renewals

Support the management of annual subscription renewals across the APAC client portfolio.
Monitor client engagement and usage data to help identify opportunities to improve client retention and product adoption.
Build and develop strong day-to-day relationships with clients across the Asset Management and Real Estate sectors.
Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner, working closely with experienced team members to resolve issues and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Client Onboarding & Adoption

Support the onboarding of new clients, helping to deliver a smooth and positive introduction to Oxford Economics' products and services.
Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions to support product adoption and help clients maximise value from their subscriptions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including IT, Marketing, Economists, Finance, to deliver a consistently high standard of client service.

Commercial Growth & Client Development

Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of Oxford Economics' products and services, and share these opportunities with the Business Development team.
Develop an understanding of client needs by monitoring usage patterns, business priorities and feedback, helping the Business Development team identify future growth opportunities.
Support the planning and delivery of client engagement initiatives, including events, webinars and marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Collaboration

Assist in preparing and maintaining renewal and client performance reports for internal review.
Capture and communicate client feedback, product suggestions and development requests to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share client insights and contribute to product and service enhancements.
Liaise with the Marketing team to support client communications and event planning.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

A recent or soon-to-be-completed degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
A proactive attitude, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A genuine interest in building client relationships and developing a career in Customer Success and Business Development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working across different teams and functions.
Full working rights in Australia.

Desirable

Previous customer service or client-facing experience gained through an internship, part-time employment, retail, hospitality, volunteering or university leadership activities.
Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Interest in AI tools or digital technologies that enhance customer experience.
