We're building one of Sydney's fastest-growing solar sales teams and are looking for motivated, ambitious people who want to earn well, learn valuable sales skills, and build a genuine long-term career.

As a Solar Lead Generator, your role is to speak with homeowners, identify people interested in reducing their power bills, and book qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants.

You'll receive professional sales training, daily coaching, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to earn excellent money from your very first week. Our best Lead Generators consistently earn $300–$400+ per day, with uncapped commissions, weekly bonuses, and additional incentives rewarding top performers.

For those who prove themselves in the field, this role also provides a genuine pathway into becoming a Solar Sales Consultant, where you'll learn to close your own deals and unlock substantially higher earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll work alongside an experienced team, meeting homeowners across residential suburbs throughout Sydney.

Your responsibilities include:

Speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Creating interest in residential solar solutions.
Booking qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.
Learning proven communication and objection-handling techniques.
Representing our company professionally.
Working towards personal targets and weekly bonuses.
Continuously improving through daily coaching and sales training.

No previous solar experience is required. We provide everything you need to succeed.

Earnings : Solar Lead Generator

This is a performance-based position designed to reward people who are willing to work hard.

Our highest-performing Lead Generators regularly earn $300–$400+ per day, with no cap on commissions.

Your income grows as your skills improve, meaning there is genuine opportunity to build a strong full-time income while learning one of the most valuable skills you can develop—sales.

Career Progression

Lead Generators who consistently produce quality appointments, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain a strong work ethic will have the opportunity to transition into our Solar Sales Consultant Program.
