About the Role

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will manage your own caseload while delivering high-quality, person-centred behaviour support services under the NDIS.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
Developing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
Implementing evidence-based positive behaviour support strategies
Coaching families, carers and support workers
Working collaboratively with participants and multidisciplinary teams
Monitoring outcomes and reviewing support plans
Supporting the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices
Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and NDIS compliance

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving quality of life and empowering participants to achieve their goals.

You'll have:

Current NDIS Registered Proficient Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner status (or above)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Behavioural Science or a related discipline
Minimum two years' experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support
Strong assessment, report writing and clinical reasoning skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Current Driver Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
