Endeavour Foundation is seeking an experienced and values-driven Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations and be advocates of our clients in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across four homes in the Gladstone region.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading from the front, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of four SIL homes, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred services are delivered consistently.
You will:

Lead, coach and develop Site Supervisors and Support Workers to achieve excellence in service delivery

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Framework

Build strong relationships with clients, families, guardians and other key stakeholders
-
Drive service quality, continuous improvement, and positive client outcomes
-
Manage workforce planning, and performance processes
-
Oversee incident management, risk mitigation and operational compliance
-
Identify opportunities for service growth through meaningful community and client engagement
-
Champion a culture where people feel respected, supported and empowered
About You
You're an experienced people leader who combines strong operational capability with genuine compassion and a commitment to person-centred support.
You'll bring:

Experience leading teams within disability, SIL Home environment and residential care and have managed multiple homes.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and disability support sector

A proven ability to build engaged teams and deliver quality service outcomes

Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
-
Sound problem-solving, decision-making and operational management capabilities

A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
-
Qualifications in Disability, Community Services or Human Services (desirable)
Requirements-
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience

Proven experience in managing 4+ SIL homes of disability Support

Required to commit to standard office hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Fridays and be onsite to support the clients and staff every day.
