What is our Senior Human Resource Business Partner role?
As a trusted HR Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to advisor for managers and directors, providing expert guidance across the full spectrum of human resources. In this dynamic role, you’ll connect leaders to a wide range of workforce services including Industrial Relations (IR), Work Health and Safety (WHS), Workforce Planning, and Learning and Development.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping workplace success by delivering strategic, operational, and technical HR advice. By coaching and partnering with leaders across North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS), you’ll help build their capability to lead, manage their people effectively, and drive meaningful organisational change.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
