Read this first: this is a content creation role, not an admin or scheduling role. You'll spend most of your week filming, editing, and publishing. We are looking for someone already actively editing videos (even if it's only on your own social media pages is absolutely okay).

Hi! I'm Kacie - founder of For All Australia and The Big Clean Co.

For All is a concentrated cleaning product that's taken off across Australia and New Zealand, and The Big Clean Co is our professional cleaning business based on the Mornington Peninsula. A huge part of how both businesses grow is through content — I have over 1 million followers across my platforms and I post regularly across cleaning, business, and life.

I'm looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator and Content Producer to join our team in person at our Carrum Downs office.

This is not a generic social media role. It's a fast-paced, hands-on content position for someone who genuinely loves social media, thinks in series and campaigns, and can execute without being micromanaged.

If you're the kind of person who already makes content in your own time, has strong opinions about what makes a good edit, and gets excited about building a community online — this role was made for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Planning

Monthly planning sessions to map out the content calendar and turn ideas into structured series and shoot schedules
Thinking in campaigns — 50 Ways to Use For All, Month of How-To's, product deep-dives, and more
Coordinating shoot days — what we're filming, what order, what products we need, what hooks we're testing

Editing & Production

Video and photo editing for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and statics
Fast turnaround, confident editing — you have opinions on cuts and don't need direction on every decision
Organising raw footage and files so nothing gets lost

Community & Publishing

Running our Facebook Group — designing and executing challenges, series, and community events
Keeping the community engaged and active between posts
Scheduling and publishing across all platforms
Tracking performance (retention, reach, saves, shares) and feeding that back into planning

You'll Be Amazing in This Role If You:

Genuinely love social media and are probably already creating content yourself
Have strong video editing skills — CapCut is what we use
Have experience managing a content calendar for a brand or creator
Work fast, back yourself, and don't need to be told what good looks like
Understand tone — warm, straight-talking, genuinely useful, occasionally funny
Have experience managing a Facebook Group or online community
Bonus: you already know what For All is

Requirements:

Experience in a formal marketing role is helpful but not essential — if you have the skills, the portfolio, and the passion for content, we want to hear from you.
