As Centre Manager, you will lead the overall operation of the service, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for children, families, and educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders.
- Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework.
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
- Manage centre operations, compliance requirements, budgets, and occupancy growth.
- Mentor and support educators to deliver exceptional educational outcomes.
- Champion child safety, wellbeing, and positive workplace culture.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
You are an inspiring leader who is passionate about early education and dedicated to empowering others.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and operational requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and strong family relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
