We have an exciting new opportunity for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will provide campaign support through setup, QA, and hygiene monitoring.

What will you do?

As a Performance Coordinator you’ll:
Conduct hygiene monitoring on live campaigns
Prepare basic performance reports, ensuring data accuracy.
Monitor campaign pacing and spend.
Support invoicing process by reconciling campaign spend against finance records
Assist with monitoring campaigns and flagging issues to the Executive or Lead.
Work with Executive, Lead and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

What are we looking for?

2-3 years’ experience working in a performance marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency, retail company, or similar environment.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to SEM and paid social.
Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and organisational ability.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SA360, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Experience in campaign invoicing, financial reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with finance policies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
