What you’ll do:
We have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Trade Co-ordinator to join our team, playing a key role in supporting Priceline and atomica’s trade growth, a growing beauty brand within Wesfarmers Health. Reporting to the eCommerce Trade Marketing Manager, your focus will be in supporting Priceline and atomica's online growth by helping to deliver exceptional digital customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing success of our eCommerce strategy. Working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders across eCommerce, Loyalty, Merchandise, Marketing, Retail Media, IT and Operations, you'll bring a commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for digital retail to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
In this role, you will
- Support the development and execution of the online promotional calendar aligned to business objectives and sales targets
- Coordinate promotional campaigns across eCommerce, CRM, Content, Studio, IT, Category and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage promotional briefing processes and support campaign execution across website, eDM and digital channels
- Maintain onsite promotional content, pricing, offers and Gift with Purchase (GWP) activities
- Review and approve digital campaign assets and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Partner with inventory and operational teams to support promotional forecasting, product availability and fulfilment readiness
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly planning meetings and lead cross functional planning sessions across content, eDM, loyalty and retail media
- Analyse campaign and trade performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future activity
- Contribute to A/B testing, personalisation initiatives and customer journey optimisation
- Optimising growth opportunities by working with 3rd party marketplace agencies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support continuous improvement and innovation
Prepare regular reporting and dashboards to communicate performance and key trade metrics across the business

What you’ll bring:
- Relevant experience in a similar eCommerce, online trade or digital marketing role, ideally within a retail environment including online marketplace roles.
- Experience and knowledge of retail sector, with eCommerce and Health and Beauty experience an advantage
- Strong understanding of promotional planning, trade calendars, campaign execution and digital customer journeys
- Analytical capability with experience using data and insights to identify opportunities and optimise performance
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
- Proficient in campaign analysis and reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Retail or a related discipline
