About the Role

Volcan Joinery is seeking experienced Cabinet Installers to join our growing team. We deliver high-quality residential and commercial joinery projects across Melbourne, including custom homes, townhouses, apartments and commercial fit-outs.

If you are reliable, take pride in your workmanship and enjoy working across different sites, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Install kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and other custom joinery.
Read and interpret shop drawings.
Complete installations to a high standard.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project managers.
Travel to different job sites across Melbourne as required.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in cabinet making, joinery and installation.
Ability to read and work from shop drawings.
Own installation tools.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
Valid Australian work rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident or appropriate work visa).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
White Card (required).

Desirable

Experience with apartment or large-scale residential projects.
Working at Heights, EWP or other construction tickets.
Ability to work on EBA/commercial construction sites.
