About the Role
Volcan Joinery is seeking experienced Cabinet Installers to join our growing team. We deliver high-quality residential and commercial joinery projects across Melbourne, including custom homes, townhouses, apartments and commercial fit-outs.

Responsibilities
- Install kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and other custom joinery.
- Read and interpret shop drawings.
- Complete installations to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project managers.
- Travel to different job sites across Melbourne as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in cabinet making, joinery and installation.
- Ability to read and work from shop drawings.
- Own installation tools.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
- Valid Australian work rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident or appropriate work visa).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- White Card (required).
Desirable
- Experience with apartment or large-scale residential projects.
- Working at Heights, EWP or other construction tickets.
- Ability to work on EBA/commercial construction sites.

Pay: $51,655.07 – $113,142.40 per year
