The Team & Role
The Grade 2 Physiotherapist provides physiotherapy services within the Early Intervention in Chronic Disease (EIiCD) team, a multidisciplinary community health program supporting clients with chronic and complex health conditions. The role delivers comprehensive assessment, treatment, and care planning for clients with musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, diabetic, and neurological conditions. Using a client-centred approach, the Physiotherapist provides services through individual consultations, telehealth, telephone reviews, and group programs to support health and wellbeing outcomes. The position works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based care and promote self-management. The role also contributes to clinical supervision, professional development, and continuous quality improvement activities.

Skills & Experience Required
Current registration with AHPRA.
Experience working in an outpatient setting.
Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for consumers.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience.
