A busy, well-established private practice in Frankston is looking for the right physio to join the team. Not a warm body to fill a diary. The right person. Someone who cares about outcomes, gets on well with people, and wants to be somewhere they can genuinely grow.
New grad or 15 years in — both fit here, for different reasons.
Quick Q&A
"I'm a new grad. What's the mentoring actually like?" Structured. Weekly one-on-ones with a senior clinician, gradual caseload build, protected time for questions, and a treating team who genuinely enjoy teaching. You won't be thrown in the deep end.
"I'm experienced. What's in it for me?" Autonomy, a mature caseload, peer collaboration with clinicians who challenge and sharpen each other, and real backing to pursue your special interests — whether that's sports, women's health, persistent pain, or post-surgical rehab.
"What are the hours like?" Full-time or part-time. Flexible days. No compulsory Saturdays unless you want them (some do — the loading is worth it).
"What about admin and billing?" Handled. Reception team is excellent. You treat, they run the front of house.

About Frankston
Frankston sits at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, roughly 40km south-east of Melbourne's CBD with direct train access via the Frankston line. The area has undergone significant revitalisation over recent years, with a redeveloped foreshore, thriving cafe and dining scene, and easy access to some of Victoria's best beaches, wineries, and coastal walks. It's a lifestyle location that offers genuine affordability and space compared to inner Melbourne, without giving up the convenience of a major regional hub.
