Full Job Description

Cedar Creek Orchard in Thirlmere is looking for a few people to join our team.

If working for a local family business appeals to you, apply and we would love to get in touch. Truck/delivery driver position. (immediate start)

We have a position to fill for a confident driver to drive a small truck/van delivering our orchard's juice around the Sydney basin.
MR licence or above preferred.
Casual/part time position, semi flexible days.
2 days a week minimum with option for extra days for the right person if desired. (extra days would be working on the orchard, not necessarily driving)
Must be able to a start early and be extremely reliable.
Must have a positive and hardworking attitude and be physically fit and able to move milk crates of stock on delivery runs.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently and confident/polite in dealing with customers.
Forklift licence/experience beneficial but not compulsory

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

Current NSW Drivers Licence, with own transport
MR or HR truck licence
Sound driving record
Good communication skills
Must be physically fit, as MANUAL LIFTING IS required
Good attention to detail, with problem solving ability
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
Capable of using electronic invoicing system (training provided)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
