Business Administration & Office Management Assistant
About Us
Glenny Kebabs is one of Melbourne's fastest-growing food brands, operating 7 owner-operated locations across Melbourne's south-east suburbs. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Head Office team and assist with a wide range of business administration and office management functions.
This position is ideal for a university student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of business operations.
The Role
Working alongside senior management, you will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a growing multi-site business.
Your responsibilities may include:
- General office administration and support
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and business documents
- Assisting with data entry and record management
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assisting with payroll and HR administration
- Maintaining business systems and procedures
- Supporting supplier and inventory administration
- Assisting with customer service enquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting notes
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Supporting special business improvement initiatives

Preferred (But Not Essential)
- Currently studying Business, Commerce, Management, Human Resources, Marketing or Accounting
- Previous administration, retail or hospitality experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Interest in business operations and management
