We’re on the lookout for a Channel Development Manager to step into this newly created role and turn insight into impact for an iconic South Australian brand. As part of our Sales team, you’ll lead the category conversation, using data, customer understanding, and commercial thinking to unlock growth, shape strategy, and bring innovation to life. You’ll partner closely with customers to influence decisions, optimise performance, and ensure our products don’t just sit on shelf, but stand out and succeed.

You’ll turn data into direction, analysing category, customer, and Beerenberg sales performance to uncover trends, generate insights, and identify clear growth opportunities.
You’ll lead the category conversation, owning customer-facing category reviews and delivering compelling, insight-led recommendations on ranging, space, and portfolio optimisation.
You’ll bring strategy to the shelf, providing data-backed planogram, ranging, and space optimisation insights that maximise performance and visibility.
You’ll translate insights into influence, building clear, commercially compelling narratives that support customer decisions and strengthen partnerships.
You’ll drive innovation and growth, leading modelling, planning, and customer sessions to deliver new opportunities aligned to category and business objectives.
You’ll lead value and promotional strategy, developing data-led pricing and promotional plans that balance growth, profitability, and long-term customer value.

Backed by a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, or similar, giving you a strong foundation in commercial thinking.
Sharp with numbers and naturally curious, able to turn complex data into clear insights that drive action.
A strategic category thinker, with strong capability across analysis, portfolio optimisation, and innovation planning that delivers growth.
A natural storyteller, bringing data to life through clear, compelling narratives that land with customers and stakeholders.
Confident and influential, able to guide conversations and shape decisions without relying on authority.
Commercially savvy and customer-focused, with a strong grasp of pricing, promotions, and the levers that drive performance and profitability.
