About the Opportunity
In this role, you’ll continue to use your strong Service Advisor skills while stepping into added responsibilities that will prepare you for future leadership.
You’ll work closely with the Workshop Controller and Fixed Operations Manager, gaining exposure to team leadership, workflow optimisation, and operational decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
Alongside your core Service Advisor responsibilities, you’ll start to take on leadership and coordination duties, including:

Delivering exceptional customer service and managing the full service experience

Assisting in managing daily workshop flow and booking efficiency

Preparing accurate quotes and communicating repair requirements

Helping drive customer satisfaction, retention, and department performance

Supporting process improvements and implementation of OEM systems
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry

A natural communicator who enjoys helping customers and supporting teammates

Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop

Confidence using dealership systems and willingness to learn leadership skills

A current, valid driver’s licence
