Our classrooms are small, flexible and deeply relational. Our work is grounded in the Berry Street Education Model (BSEM), trauma-informed practice and strong partnerships with families and support services, ensuring learning is safe, relational and responsive to each young person’s needs.
As a Wellbeing Leader at the Morwell Campus you will oversee the Student Wellbeing Program including developing and/or implementing student wellbeing strategies and programs and play a key role in implementing BSEM (Berry Street Education Model).
Liaise with students, families/carers and care teams to support student attendance and engagement whilst developing the abilities of staff to implement wellbeing strategies.
Be a champion of Child Safety at the Morwell campus!
A Bachelor’s degree qualification in Education, Social Work, Youth Work or Welfare is a requirement for this role with preferred experience in an educational setting. Applicants with a diploma and at least five years experience will be considered.
