Tio Tapas Y Vino, a funky Spanish restaurant and bar on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, is looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant team!

Tio Tapas Y Vino is renowned for our Iauthentic Spanish tapas, carefully curated wine list, premium spirits, and creative cocktails. Our venue is a hub for locals and visitors alike, offering a warm, lively atmosphere where families, friends, and couples come together to enjoy great food and drinks.

About the Role

As a Bartender at Tio Tapas Y Vino, you will:

Craft exceptional cocktails and serve premium wine and spirits with flair.
Provide friendly and professional service to our diverse clientele.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
Work as part of a passionate and fun team, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our venue.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
A strong passion for wine, spirits, and cocktails, with solid knowledge of mixology.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
A valid RSA certificate.
