- Diploma of Hospitality Management plus 3 years experience as a restaurant manager
- Passionate about food, wine & hospitality.
- Personable and confident
- Self-motivated, professional and have attention to the 1%'s
- Team leader and player
- Strong appreciation of food and beverage trends in Melbourne
- High level of presentation and grooming
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead by example in a hands-on role
- Lead & support a diverse FOH & BOH Team
- Work alongside our Operations team
- Possess excellent guest engagement and service
- Strong organisational skills
- Exude company culture
- Create and develop menu on a FOH & BOH perspective
- Strive to deliver and exceed customer expectations in all aspects, service, atmosphere & value for money
- Be a huge team player
Successful applicants will:
- Be provided support from a general and an operational level management team including reservations, accounts & marketing
- Be provided with a balanced Hospitality lifestyle
- Have the ability to make a name for yourself on the Mornington Peninsula dealing daily with customers and suppliers alike
