About the Role

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting clients, families and caregivers to ensure quality care is delivered every day.

In this role, you will:

Provide friendly and responsive support to clients, families and caregivers.
Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services to ensure continuity of care.
Match clients with the right caregivers and build strong relationships.
Manage service changes, leave requests and roster updates.
Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

About You

You're organised, solutions-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You'll bring:

Experience in rostering, scheduling, service coordination or customer service.
Aged care experience or knowledge of the SCHADS award (Desirable).
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems, including rostering, database and quality management systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management and conflict-resolution skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
A flexible and proactive approach with the confidence to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
