Our Team

Benetas Corowa Court in Mornington offers contemporary residential aged care in a stunning bayside location. We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant on a Casual basis to provide essential support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in a warm, community-focused environment.

The Role

Perform front desk and reception duties, welcoming residents, families and visitors
Provide administrative support to the Residential Manager and care teams
Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally
Assist with scheduling meetings, site events and training sessions
Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies
Support coordination of tours and resident admissions when required

About You

Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Friendly and empathetic, with a genuine interest in supporting older people
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital systems
NDIS Clearance Check
