Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide suitable treatment recommendations.
Review and manage the existing patient portfolio.
Follow up with patients after consultations, treatments, or product recommendations.
Encourage patients to attend regular eye examinations and scheduled recalls.
Identify patients who may benefit from services such as myopia control, Ortho-K, dry eye management, contact lenses, or specialised eyewear.
Provide clear explanations so patients understand their eye health and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
Support patient satisfaction by responding professionally to questions or concerns.
Encourage positive patient experiences, referrals, reviews, and long-term loyalty.
Represent the clinic’s brand values through excellent patient care and communication.

What Success Looks Like:

Patient Retention & Trust: High patient satisfaction scores, positive online reviews, and strong direct referral numbers.
Care Continuity: Exceptional patient recall booking rates and thorough post-consultation follow-up completion.
Clinical Growth: Conversion of suitable patients into our recommended specialized myopia and optical services.

Requirements

Recent or upcoming Graduate of Bachelor or Doctor of Optometry degree.
Active or pending AHPRA registration.
An ambitious, curious mindset with a passion for premium customer care.
Chinese or Cantonese as second language required to align with demographic.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
