TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Blackburn North

Located at a lovely Primary School in Blackburn, this service has it's own dedicated space with an outdoor area and access to the school stadium. A wonderful group of children, this service is well established and is looking for a dedicated OSHC professional to maintain the high standards and build on the existing positive relationships with the school, families and children.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 7:00 - 9:00am
After School Care: 2:30 - 6:00pm
Admin: 5 hours
Total hours: 32.5

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
