National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant/Receptionist to assist the team in our Serene Smiles dental practice in Kingsley WA!

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist in our thriving Serene Smiles Dental practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist preferable - (1 year minimum)
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - (desirable)

You are:

Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Flexible and reliable, with availability across a range of days and hours (generally between 8:00am and 6:00pm), and happy to support occasional later finishes on Thursdays.
