About the Role
As a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist in our thriving Serene Smiles Dental practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist preferable - (1 year minimum)
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - (desirable)
You are:
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and reliable, with availability across a range of days and hours (generally between 8:00am and 6:00pm), and happy to support occasional later finishes on Thursdays.
