Licences: Food Saftey Supervisor Certificate

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen or hospitality venue.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Proficient knife skills, understanding of diverse cooking methods, and commercial equipment operation.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, ability to follow instructions quickly, and active problem-solving skills.

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

Quality Assurance: Food is prepared and sent to guests matching consistency, presentation, and recipe standards.
Ticket Times: Meals are produced efficiently within the target service window times.
Waste Mitigation: Kitchen waste is kept to a minimum by adhering to exact portion controls and proper stock handling.
Safety & Cleanliness: Zero major non-conformances identified during internal or external food safety and health checks

Pay: $57,277.42 – $69,000.00 per year
