Property Managers – Full-TimeExperienced & Junior Opportunities Available (2 Junior Positions)Join Our Multi-Award-Winning Property Management Team

An exciting opportunity awaits for experienced and motivated Property Managers, as well as two enthusiastic Junior Property Managers looking to build a successful career in real estate.

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our multi-award-winning rental department and are seeking 1 experienced Property Manager and 2 Junior Property Managers to join our supportive and high-performing team.

Whether you’re already managing your own portfolio or you’re ready to take the next step into property management, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Experienced Property Manager

You’ll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150–200 properties, with ongoing support from our Department Manager and Director.

Junior Property Manager

As a Junior Property Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentoring while assisting our senior team with inspections, leasing, administration, maintenance coordination and developing the skills required to eventually manage your own portfolio.

Responsibilities may include:

Managing a residential property portfolio (experienced role)
Assisting with day-to-day portfolio management (junior role)
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting open for inspections, entry, exit and routine inspections
Marketing rental properties
Reviewing rental applications and preparing lease documentation
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing rental arrears and tenancy matters
Preparing VCAT applications and attending hearings (experienced role)
Managing insurance claims
General property management and rental administration
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

Experienced in residential property management or eager to build a long-term career in the industry
Holders of a current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
Friendly, professional and customer focused
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong communicators with a confident phone manner
Proactive, reliable and accountable
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Competent with Microsoft Office (PropertyMe & IRE experience preferred but not essential)
Holders of a current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Able to provide a current Police Check

Business development experience is advantageous, but not essential.
