Full-time | Night Shift (9:00pm – 7:00am) | Immediate Start

About Us

Organic BBQ Charcoal is a growing supplier of premium hardwood charcoal, servicing restaurants, wholesalers, and distributors across Victoria. We’re expanding our logistics team and looking for a reliable night driver to support overnight deliveries and warehouse operations.

The Role

This is a night shift driving + warehouse support role, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and keeping operations moving while the city sleeps.

You’ll be responsible for delivering orders across Melbourne and assisting with loading, unloading, and dispatch prep.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting overnight deliveries across Melbourne
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Operating a forklift for pallet movements
Preparing orders for next-day dispatch
Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
Completing delivery paperwork and basic admin (PODs, dockets)
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issues

Requirements

Valid Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence – essential
Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
Experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations
Strong reliability and ability to work night shifts consistently
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Good communication and time management skills

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
