MFLC Logistics Pty Ltd is a growing Australian transport and logistics company seeking an experienced HC Truck Driver to join our Melbourne-based operations.
We provide refrigerated, ambient and palletised freight services across Victoria, servicing customers in food distribution, retail, wholesale and logistics sectors.
The Role
- HC Truck Driver
- Melbourne metro and regional deliveries
- Day and night shift opportunities available
- Full-time and casual positions available

Responsibilities
- Safe operation of HC vehicles
- Multi-drop palletised freight deliveries
- Load restraint and freight security
- Completion of transport documentation and PODs
- Daily vehicle inspections and defect reporting
- Compliance with NHVR, CoR and company procedures
Requirements
- Current HC Licence
- Minimum 2 years HC driving experience preferred
- Good driving history
- Strong safety and compliance focus
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
- Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
- Full Australian working rights
