Shifts Available: AM, PM and Night Shifts across a 7 day roster
We are seeking dedicated Care Companions with strong availability across AM, PM and Night shifts , including weekdays and weekends.
As a Care Companion , you will provide care and support that enhances our residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well , which offers a continuum of care and support services for our residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our residents and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest . You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real care to residents
- Excellent availability to work AM, PM and Night shifts across a 7 day roster
- Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support, Disability or completion of the first year of a Nursing degree
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (minimum requirements apply)
- Full Australian working rights, with no visa sponsorship available
