About the role:

Due to ongoing growth in our property management department, we are looking for an experienced residential Property Manager to join our dynamic team. We provide support from management, excellent training and skill development, administration, and leasing assistance. We encourage our team to succeed with plenty of opportunity for career progression.

Your tasks will include:

Managing a portfolio of approx 160 - 170 properties
Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
Arranging repairs and maintenance to properties
Preparing condition reports
Arrears management
Rent reviews
Flexible arrangements available

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in managing a portfolio
Exceptional customer service
Ability to build strong client relationships
Driver's license and reliable car
Agents Representative Certificate
Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate experience preferred but not required.
