Personal Assistant — Client Acquisition & Bookings

Commission-Based | Contractor | Carlton, Melbourne (Hybrid — mostly remote)

This is a hands-on role inside a growing Melbourne wellness business — ideal for a university student or someone who one day wants to run their own practice.

You’ll learn exactly what it takes to keep a client-based business full and thriving: converting enquiries, managing relationships, and building the habits that make any future practice succeed. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines — you’ll be doing the work that actually grows a business.

Hours: Flexible, approx. 10–15 hrs/week — designed to fit around a study schedule

Pay: 15% commission per confirmed booking (~$300–$400+/week at typical capacity)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Responding to enquiries across phone, email, Instagram, and Google — quickly and consistently
Converting leads into confirmed bookings (this is the core of the role)
Following up with interested clients until they either book or move on
Re-engaging past clients to encourage return visits
Proactively filling gaps in the booking calendar
Sending reminders to reduce no-shows and cancellations
Handling basic invoicing and supporting Google Business profile updates
Engaging on Instagram in ways that generate real bookings

The Earnings Potential

At 15% commission, your income is directly tied to how well you fill the calendar. At typical capacity (15–20 bookings/week), that’s approximately $300–$400+ per week — all while working flexibly around your schedule. Strong performers who stay on top of follow-ups and keep the calendar full consistently earn at the higher end.
