We are seeking skilled, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to provide exceptional in-home care to elderly clients in Brunswick and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll help clients live independently, feel respected, and stay connected to their community by assisting with:
- Personal Care – Supporting clients with showering, grooming, and daily hygiene routines
- Home Cleaning – Household cleaning and laundry tasks are a core part of the role, helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
- Meal Preparation – Cooking simple, nutritious meals
- Shopping – Assisting with errands or accompanying clients to the shops
- Transport - Pick up/drop off services, driving clients where they need to go.
- Respite - Relieving informal carers from their duties for a specific time in or out of home.
- Social Support – Engaging clients in companionship, social outings, home-based activities, appointment activities.
- Wellbeing Monitoring – Observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional health
- This role involves travelling between clients homes.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum availability of 3 weekdays including mornings. Monday and/or Friday with 8am start time is a must
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or IV in Aging Support, Diploma of Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing with accompanying academic transcript (students nearing completion welcome to apply)
- Current Victorian Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- COVID-19 vaccination evidence
