ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join Prestige Inhome Care as an
Accounts Receivable Officer, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, receipting, and debt recovery across our aged care and community services.
In this role, you will primarily provide billings support for our Omni-Care business and will be responsible for generating and managing client invoices and validating data across internal systems and government portals (including PRODA). You will ensure compliance with aged care funding requirements and be a key point of contact for client billing enquiries, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently and with care.
Your work will directly support positive client experiences and the ongoing financial sustainability of the Prestige Inhome Care and Omni-Care businesses.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
This is a great role for you if you enjoy working with detail in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while meeting deadlines. You are organised, curious, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over your work. You enjoy problem‑solving, collaborating with others, and delivering accurate outcomes that make a real difference to clients and the business.
You will have:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance role
- Experience validating data across operational systems and reconciling accounts
- A demonstrated ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and resolve discrepancies
- Confidence managing client enquiries related to billing, services, and payments
- Previous exposure to the home care, aged care or disability services industry an advantage
- A relevant Tertiary qualification in accounting
