Located in the historic Alfred Place in Melbourne, 7 Alfred is a modern steak-frites restaurant built around a singular, confident idea: one exceptional dish, done superbly. As a proud member of Hunter St. Hospitality, we are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our casual team in delivering fast, consistent quality to the heart of the CBD.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Bartenders and Front of House All-Rounders who thrive in a fast-paced, premium environment. Whether it’s a 30-minute city lunch or an unhurried evening of cocktails, you will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless experience. This casual position offers varied shifts across lunches, evenings, and weekends, perfect for those who enjoy the rhythm of Melbourne’s vibrant dining scene.

Requirements

Premium Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium restaurant or hotel setting.
Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails with the ability to execute them quickly and accurately.
Professionalism: A guest-first mindset and a commitment to high service standards.
Compliance: A current VIC RSA Certificate is essential.
Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and busy lunch services.
