About The San Telmo Group:
Founded in Melbourne in 2011, The San Telmo Group operates six unique hospitality venues: San Telmo, Palermo, Asado, Pastuso, Robata, and our newest venue, San Telmo Brisbane.
We believe exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people. That's why we invest heavily in recruitment, training, career development and internal promotion, creating genuine long-term opportunities for our team. One of our current Directors started with the Group as a Kitchen Hand - this is a reflection of the opportunities available to those who want to grow with us.
