About the opportunity
Our Customer Service team sits at the centre of IXOM’s supply chain, logistics and customer experience activity. The team plays a critical role in how we support our customers, connect with internal teams and keep product moving through a complex operating environment.
From day one, you will receive structured onboarding, hands-on training and support from experienced team members and leaders. You will learn how customer orders, planning, logistics, inventory, delivery and commercial decisions connect across the business.
This is not a traditional call-centre role. You will be working with real customer needs, operational priorities and business challenges. You will collaborate with teams across supply chain, logistics, planning, commercial, operations and finance to help solve problems and support reliable customer outcomes.
The role is designed to build strong foundations. You will learn how to manage customer communication, understand order flows, work with systems, follow process controls, resolve issues and contribute to a team that directly supports IXOM’s customers and business performance.
For the right person, this role can be a launchpad into broader career pathways across IXOM, including Customer Experience, Supply Coordination, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Product, Commercial, Operations or business improvement roles.

A recent graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Early in your career and looking for a role with future pathways
An experienced customer service professional ready to move into a more complex business environment
